08//Terms
Beta terms, in plain words.
Effective 2026-10-10. These cover use of this website and its public beta tools. They are short on purpose. See Privacy for how data is handled. This page is not a software license.
01//Who runs this
Kageform is a public beta built and maintained by RJ (GitHub: rjdotdev). Questions: founder@kageform.dev or hello@kageform.dev.
02//Free beta, no accounts
The site, the workspace and the demo are free to use. There are no accounts and no payments on this site.
03//Not qualified instruction
Answers are generated from text that you or the demo author wrote. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are not qualified electrical, mechanical, medical or safety instruction. Follow your site procedures and a qualified person. Do not rely on Kageform where a mistake could hurt someone.
04//Your content
You keep your rights in the text you enter. Only enter text you are allowed to use. Do not enter confidential, secret, regulated or personal information. Find in browser does not send your text anywhere. When you acknowledge and choose Ask AI coach, your question, topic and notes are sent for processing as described in the privacy page.
05//Third-party AI and limits
Answers may come from a third-party model provider (currently Groq). That service can be slow, limited by a free quota, or unavailable. When it is, or when a model reply cannot be tied to your notes, Kageform shows a written excerpt instead. We cannot guarantee accuracy.
06//Availability
This is a beta. Features can change, break or be removed without notice, and the service has no uptime promise.
07//Pilots
A pilot with a team needs its own separate written agreement. Nothing on this site, including the pilot discussion form, creates one.
08//Questions and changes
We may update these terms; the effective date is shown below. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
