How to use the workspace.

A short guide to the public beta at /workspace. No account is needed. Use only non-confidential text you are allowed to share.

  1. 01//1. Write notices

Add short named notices: a handover line, a training note, a checklist step. Each label can be up to 60 characters, each notice up to 500, and the workspace holds up to 8 notices and 4,000 characters in total. Set an optional topic (up to 80 characters).
  2. 02//2. Find in browser

Matches your question against your notices by word overlap, entirely on your device. Nothing is sent. It returns the closest excerpts, or says information is missing when nothing matches. It is not a language model.
  3. 03//3. Ask AI coach

Optional. After you acknowledge the notice, your question (4 to 300 characters), the topic and up to four matching notices go to the server and the model provider named in Privacy. The reply must cite notice IDs from your request.
  4. 04//4. Check the source

Every answer shows the original notice text beside it. A valid source ID means the answer points to your text, not that it is correct. Always read the source.
  5. 05//5. When it falls back

If the model is slow, rate-limited, returns something malformed or cites an unknown source, Kageform shows written excerpts instead and labels the mode. If nothing relevant exists, it tells you information is missing. Add a better notice and ask again.
  6. 06//6. Export and clear

Show JSON export prepares a local notice pack. Download saves it only when you click. Clear, reload or leave the page and the workspace is gone; downloads stay with you.
  7. 07//Example demo

The demo uses five fictional trades with hand-written example notices. It is a demonstration, not instruction.
  8. 08//Not built yet

Camera or eye-tracker capture, a reviewer tool, a persistent private team index, accounts and customer deployments. See Product for what is real today.
