Kageform is an independent product run by one founder. Email is the only channel, and a person reads every message.

1. 01//Pilot or product questions

   Write to hello@kageform.dev. Tell us your trade, the question you want answered, and roughly how many people would use it. Scope and price are agreed in writing after a conversation. See Pricing.

2. 02//Founder

   Write to founder@kageform.dev for partnerships, press, research or anything that does not fit elsewhere.

3. 03//Security reports

   Found a vulnerability? Email founder@kageform.dev with the steps to reproduce. See Security for scope and what to expect.

4. 04//Privacy requests

   Kageform has no accounts and does not store workspace notes, so there is usually nothing to delete. For any question about data handling, email hello@kageform.dev. Details are in Privacy.

5. 05//Response time

   This is a small beta. Expect a reply within a few working days, not a support-desk guarantee. There is no phone line and no live chat.

6. 06//Pilot form

   The form on the home page only opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent until you send it.
