What this page does with your data.

Kageform is a public beta. This page describes what the code on this site does, not a general promise. If it stops matching the code, tell us and we will fix one of the two.

  1. 00//Workspace notes

Workspace notices and questions are held in page memory. Adding, editing, reviewing and using Find in browser cause no network request with that text. Clear or reload removes the page copy; nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies. Show JSON export and Download notice pack create a local copy only when you choose; downloaded or copied exports remain under your control and are not removed by clearing the page. Ask AI coach requires acknowledgement and sends your question, topic and notices to this site's server. If a Groq key is configured and notices match, the question, topic and selected notices are forwarded to Groq's Qwen 3.8 27B model under our Global Zero Data Retention setting. The application does not log or persist that text; hosting request logs are separate. Invalid or unavailable AI answers fall back to matching excerpts, or a missing-information message. Checking source IDs does not verify the answer's truth. Use only non-confidential, non-personal text.

  2. 01//Contact form and email

The pilot contact form does not send anything to a server. When you press "Open email draft", your browser builds a mailto: link from what you typed and hands it to your email app. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself, and the form fields are held in page memory only; this site does not write them to localStorage or cookies. If you do send an email, it reaches the kageform.dev mailbox and is handled by your email provider and ours like any other email. The Copy details button copies the same text to your clipboard, locally.

  3. 02//The demo question box

Your question and the selected trade are sent to this site's server function. If a Groq API key is configured, the question, that trade's fictional notices and a demo system prompt are sent to Groq's Qwen 3.8 27B model to phrase a reply. We have enabled Global Zero Data Retention for our Groq organization: Groq's setting states that model inputs and outputs will not be logged. Groq also states it does not train on customer inputs or outputs without permission. These provider settings do not remove the hosting platform's standard request logs, and we do not promise end-to-end zero retention. The application does not log or persist questions or replies. Contact form details are not included in model requests. Without a key, or on API errors or free-tier limits, the reply is picked from the written notices. Each reply labels whether a model was used. Please do not type confidential or personal information into the demo.

  4. 03//Browser storage and tracking

The code of this site does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage, and it loads no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recorders. Fonts and images come from this domain.

  5. 04//Hosting logs

The site is served from a hosting platform (Vercel configuration is in the repository). Like any web host, the platform and its network providers may keep standard request logs such as IP address, user agent and time. We do not add to those, and their handling is governed by the host's own policies.

  6. 05//Accounts and payments

There are no accounts, logins, or payments on this site, so there is no password or payment data here. This is a public beta and has no security certifications. See the beta terms for the rules of use.
